Overview
Flowxar offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
We believe in our product and want you to feel confident trying it. If it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.
- The request applies to your first payment on a new subscription. Renewal payments are not eligible.
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, or violation of acceptable use policies).
Annual plan subscribers who cancel within 14 days will receive a full refund for the entire annual payment.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@flowxar.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund — this helps us improve.
We will process your request within 5 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial payment.
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the initial subscription period.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or partners (their refund policies apply).
- Usage of significant platform resources during the 14-day period that would indicate the Service was used to extract substantial value (e.g., bulk data exports, API abuse).
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Pro-Rata & Downgrades
If you downgradeyour plan mid-cycle (e.g., from Business to Pro), we do not issue partial refunds for unused time. Your current plan's features will remain active until the end of the billing period, at which point your plan will switch to the lower tier.
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in your billing period at the higher plan rate.
When you cancel your subscription (outside the 14-day window), you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations after the 14-day window.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method.
